Megan Campbell has been practicing as a qualified massage therapist since 2002, having completed a National Diploma in Therapeutic Aromatherapy with the South African School of Aromatherapy in Cape Town.  She has worked and trained further at the Caledon Health Spa under the auspices of Serenite Lifestyle Rituals, until she set up her own practice.  She specializes in her own unique blend of holistic aromatherapy massage, concentric cradling craft, and theanthropic pendulum polarity, which promotes multi-level synergistic balance, nurturing mind, body and soul.

Aromatherapy is an ancient healing art, using the essential oils of aromatic flowers, plants and trees to promote health of body and serenity of mind.  The essential oils provide an effective remedy for a host of ailments, viz. muscular aches, pains and strains; blood, bone & joint pathology; bacterial and viral infections, nervous, hormonal and skin disorders; respiratory and digestive ailments; stress, anxiety and depression.

Holistic healing is concerned with looking to the causes and prevention of illness, rather than merely quelling symptoms.  It is about taking responsibility for our own health. For lasting benefits, aromatherapy should complement a healthy diet and lifestyle.  It forms a useful adjunct to other forms of treatment – psychotherapy, nutritional counseling, herbalism, naturopathy and orthodox medicine.
